Police searching the cafe, the alleged victim of the murder of Fred West, found six remains in the building they wanted to dig.
Mary Bastholm went missing in Gloucester in 1968 and authorities searched the basement of the room where she had been working.
Six parts of the toilet will be excavated, Gloucestershire police said.
The organization is in contact with Western son Stephen, who said his father had agreed to kill the 15-year-old boy.
West, who committed suicide in 1995 before being charged with murdering 12 women and girls, used to eat at a restaurant, then known as the Pop-In Cafe. By a TV production Company the police were contacted on may 7, who said about the fact that his father agreed to kill the 15 year old boy.
The first search for the thief had revealed what looked like blue. Miss Bastholm was wearing a blue coat, a blue and white dress and was carrying a green bag the day she went missing, the army said.
Det Ch Insp John Turner said the excavation, which is due to begin on Wednesday, would reveal "permanent" if the baby's bones were buried there.
The deepest part of the building's deficit - which is thought to be empty or empty spaces in the building - is half a meter below the floor.
He said: "My job as a detective is to find out the truth and that's why we're here now, on behalf of Mary's family, to look in the basement to find out what's in there.
"I'm not saying Mary's presence, I'm just saying, there was enough evidence from a production team that needed to be traced." He dismissed media reports circulating Monday evening that the bones were found to be untrue and "useless and harming Mary's family".
Det Ch Insp Turner said that since the arrest of West and his wife in 1994, "there has been" concern "in Gloucester about the connection between the disappearance of Miss Bastholm and the area under the cafe.
"The problem is we [the police] have to choose the truth in fiction," he said.
There are no immediate plans to negotiate with Rose West, who was convicted of ten counts in November 1995 and serving a life sentence, but police have spoken to Stephen recently, Det Ch Insp Turner said.
"It can be a search queue" if something is found to be important. Det Ch Insp Turner said he had long discussions with Miss Bastholm's family 24 hours ago.
"I can't promise them what I will get or what I will get, but I have assured them that I will do my best so that when we come out of that basement, we know for sure whether Mary is there or not," he added.
